Popcorn Addition and Subtraction Scoot

Anytime I can get my students up and moving, while learning is a bonus! Scoot is the perfect activity for movement and learning. This popcorn scoot addition and subtraction version is perfect for review.

Popcorn Scoot

Popcorn scoot is a math activity that reinforces addition and subtraction facts. First, you will need to print out the scoot equation cards and place them around the room.

Students find an equation card to start at.  Next, they answer the math problem at the scoot card. They record their answer on their recording sheet.  Students continue to move or scoot around the room until all the scoot cards have been answered. It’s a great way to get your students moving!
