How do I get my purchases if I’ve clicked away from the download page immediately after purchasing?
Check your email. You will receive an automated message thanking you for your purchase, which includes a link to every resource you purchased. Please save your purchases to your hard drive and consider backing them up in some fashion.
How do I get my resources after I make a purchase?
Your download is in your confirmation email you received after purchase. If you have or signed up for an account, at the top of the page, click on “MY ACCOUNT.” Then click on “DOWNLOADS” in the bulleted list on the left. A link to all your downloads can be found there.
What if I did not receive the email with the link?
If you did not receive the email, first check your spam filter. If you still don’t see it a couple minutes later, email at theteacherbag@gmail.com. You not receiving the email means that we’re having an email communication problem and contacting me using this email address will increase your chance of reaching me.
Why should I sign up for an account?
By signing up for an account, you will have access to your purchases at anytime. This is great if you lose track of the confirmation email. You will also be able to access your collected Teacher Bag Points.
