In kindergarten, we are practicing letter formation and alphabet letter names all year long. We read alphabet books and work at alphabet centers every week.

My students are always so excited when I put a dough-type activity into our morning tubs or station. These cookie dough letter mats are easy to set up. Just print, cut, and laminate. Add dough of your choice and let your students build the letters.
